Bottle Return & Delivery Services
All bottles must be returned to receive a full refund on your bottle deposit. This includes bottles from promotions.
For recurring deliveries, please place empty bottles outside or in the hallway so the driver can easily collect them.
If the driver cannot access the empty bottles, a $5 deposit fee will be charged for each full bottle delivered.
You will receive a call or text the day before your scheduled delivery.
If you need to cancel a scheduled delivery, please contact us before your scheduled delivery date. Orders that have already been delivered are not eligible for cancellation.
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or delivered in error, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement.
Leaking Bottles
If you find a bottle leaking:

Remove it from the cooler ASAP.

Drain all the water.

Call our office.
